More than 12000 people travelled to BVT marines Govan ship yard on the river Clyde to witness the launch of the Royal Navy's most advanced ship the HMS Dragon. The £650 milliion warship is the 3rd launch in a series of 5 Darling Class Type 45 destroyers that has been successfully launched by BVT Marine.

To help local school children share in the experience BVT commisioned 5000 Dragon masks which were a unique design penned by our very own graphics department. The day was a truly fantastic experience and the children loved the dragon masks.

Even some of the grown ups got involved!
