Mask-arade Limited takes very seriously its own intellectual property rights and those belonging to third parties.

We therefore:

• produce masks only from photographs in which we either own the copyright or have obtained appropriate licences from any third party copyright owners;

• do not produce masks from photographs that have been materially altered in a negative or unflattering manner;  and

• make clear by disclaimers on our website and on the masks themselves that our celebrity masks are not official and are not endorsed or authorised by the relevant celebrity
